Beneath the Waves Spot Art - Valbaara's Palanquin

Spot art illustration for the TTRPG Anthology "Beneath The Waves," an underwater adventure supplement available on DMsGuild. A palaquin containing a mysterious figure is carried along the ocean floor by two massive, gem-encrusted crabs. The biggest challenge I had with this piece was nailing the colour palette, since the setting is meant to be underwater at night, but I wanted to keep a lot of vibrancy and enough light that we can enjoy the different coloured gems.
